Return Policy

This Return Policy is written in relation to parent company Nutra Cure Ltd.

We do all we can to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, at times, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may not be the case. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, email us with the details, and we will try to help.

 

How Do I Return A Product/s?

Returned products will be accepted for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. An email with the following details, must be sent before sending back any items and must include your order number within the parcel.

Subject: Return Request Order #___ (Your Order Number)

Details: Full Name, Postal Address, Method of Original Payment, Product Details, Reason/s Why You Are Returning the Product/s and Parcel Tracking Details.

Items must be unused, unopened, in all the original packaging with all seals intact to receive a full refund. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund if you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product.

We do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned to us, to avoid problems ensure you pack the items securely, keep a proof of postage receipt from the post office or send the items back to us via a tracked/recorded service which insures the value of your goods.

Return postage will not be refunded unless by prior agreement with Nutra Cure Ltd.

Your order will not be refunded until the items have been received and inspected by us. Once your order is received by our Returns Department and a decision has been made. you will receive an email to let you know the outcome:

  • A full or partial refund has been issued or
  • A replacement product has been dispatched

We will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for any refund to show.

 

UK Delivery

Delivery to UK mainland routinely takes between 2-5 days, or as stated in the order Confirmation. Ongoing Covid issues are stressing Royal Mail and deliveries may be delayed.

Parcel Force 24 Hours: 1 business day

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the order Confirmation. In cases of events outside our control, we will contact you by email with a revised delivery date.

An event outside our control means any act or event including without limitations strikes, industrial action, civil commotion, invasion, terror attack, epidemic, natural disaster, war (whether declared or not), failure of public or private telecommunications networks or failure of means of public and or private transport.

In such an event takes place, our obligations under a contract will be suspended and we will notify you be email as soon as reasonably possible.

The products will be your responsibility after delivery. You own the product after we have received payment in full including delivery charges.

 

International Delivery

Nutra Cure Ltd delivers overseas to most destinations.

It is your sole responsibility to verify that your order complies with the local laws and regulations.

We have no control over any import taxes and customs at your destination. All taxes and duties at your destination are your sole responsibility.

We ship worldwide! Delivery times by Royal Mail vary from 4-8 working days for Europe and 5-14 working to other countries.

*Some countries may see shipments unavoidably held or delayed by Customs. Unless urgently required, please allow a few extra days for the products to arrive. Nutra Cure Ltd will launch an investigation into the lost or damaged parcel immediately we receive your request.

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order, Nutra Cure Ltd will not be responsible for any of the above duties and fees. Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, Nutra Cure Ltd will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained or confiscated by foreign customs.

 

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are offering a 10% discount and will be shipped and charged monthly for a fixed 4 months period. The subscription is renewable automatically. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the subscription period. Subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the initial 4 months subject to 30 days notice.
